Designed to be an upgrade over the original Dillon toolhead the Armanov Free Float, Zero-Play toolhead is designed to help you produce more precise, consistent and concentric ammo. It limits the amount of moving variables that could affect the quality on ammo.
To go one step further is also features also our Free Float system with the help of the Free Float Lock Rings that allow each die to free-float independently in its station, reducing the movement and vibration transfer from one station to the next. This system also allows for quick, repeatable die changes and also precise, drift-free die adjustment.
If you want you can also use it just like the original Dillon toolhead, with standard locking nuts. It will work also with the original powder check. The central hole also allows the use of our LED work light.
Made from CNC machined aircraft grade Aluminium anodized in blue or red. Die stations are marked 1-5 for greater ease of use.
Free-Float System
Floating action allows the dies to center themselves exactly over each cartridge
for the best possible alignment and more concentric ammunition. Free-float rings are sold seperately.
Zero-Play System
The Zero Play toolhead does not use the original toolhead pins supplied by Dillon. It is bolted with two M3 bolts that lift the toolhead into the uppermost position. When you cycle cases downward, the toolhead does not move, and cases go out in a straight line. Best practice is to loosen M3 bolts slightly before inserting the index shell-plate with case into dies and tightening M3 bolts to the toolhead's best position.
