This basepad is designed with the IPSC OPTICS category in mind. It will extend your original 17rd(19rd) Shadow 2 magazine to the maximum 141.25mm allowed for this category. Like all our basepads, this also offers completely tool-less disassembly with the armanov proprietary locking plate designe. You can also add a grip tape to the bottom if you choose or leave it off (2 grippes are included).
It follows the clean and streamline design language of our super popular Speed Line basepads, but gives you increased magazine capacity, while still retaining the easiest disassembly mechanism on the market.
The magazine capacity will be increased to a total of 21rds without any modifications to the internals of the magazine. You can use a modified spring and follower combo that will allow 24rds to be fitted into the magazine while still feeding reliably.
